The weekend is over, you’ve dropped off your little angels and your mind and body are in need of some ‘me time’.

 

Start your week right with this yoga class especially for busy Mums!

 

Join me on Monday mornings at Rucklers Lane Village Hall where we will stretch our bodies and relax our minds with some gentle yoga and guided meditation. Afterwards we will spend time setting positive intentions for the week ahead and enjoy a cup of something hot. 

 

There are only 10 spaces so booking is essential - Term time only

Suitable for all levels - Mats, refreshments and your own personal journal are all provided.
