Join our Circle of Mamas and enjoy so much more than yoga.

For nine months, your body was your babies entire universe. You have grown, breathed and stretched together. Throughout this time, your body changed so much and right now, it may not feel anything like your body at all - and that is OK, in fact, it is perfectly normal.


Our Mama Circle class honours the postpartum body and works with it in a safe and gentle way. We know that it took nine months to reach our 'full' pregnant selves so, with loving kindness, we allow ourselves the same time to physically recover. Our body will never be exactly the same again but by focusing on those deep core muscles within the back, abs and pelvic floor, we rebuild strength, find our inner fire and fall in  love with the new version of ourselves - The Mother.


This class will allow you time and space to breathe, stretch, relax and connect. And baby is very much a part of our practice too. They will get to enjoy some baby yoga, fun songs and gentle massage. You can expect a beautiful balance of smiles, laughter, chat, yoga, relaxation and support.


Suitable from 6 weeks.


We have classes in Apsley on a Monday from 10:00 - 11:00am and Kings Langley on a Wednesday from 1:30 - 2:30PM


Exchange: £70 for a 6 week block.


The Circle

Our circle extends beyond the mat and your baby will love being a part of it just as much as you will. With private group chats and regular social gatherings you never need to feel alone. During the early days of motherhood, having a 'village' of women you can turn to is so important. We're here for you.
