Yin Yoga & Energy Healing
A unique treatment combining the healing and restorative effects of Yin Yoga with sound and energy healing. This will help to clear blocks, ease physical discomfort and get your energy flowing. Due to the physical elements of this treatment, it takes place on a cushioned yoga mat on the floor. There will be many props available to ensure your comfort at every stage.
The most popular treatment duration is 90 minutes but it can also be done in 1 or 2 hour sessions.

In order to tailor the treatment to individual needs, a short consultation form should be completed prior to the session. This helps me to understand the reason for the treatment and will highlight any areas that need focus, whether it is of a physical, mental or emotional nature. The session will be interactive in that you are guided in relaxation breathing and visualisation. I may also offer positive affirmations for continued use in self-care to enhance the benefits of this treatment.
