Growing a baby is wonderful but it's not all glowing bump shots and glossy hair. Women can experience a range of physical symptoms throughout pregnancy and may feel anxious about the birth. Maintaining physical strength in a way that honours the beautiful and ever-changing form of your body is important as well as learning ways to feel mentally strong and prepared.


Rise Rooted Pregnancy yoga classes address all of the above with a safe, effective and integrated form of yoga that is perfect to practise from twelve weeks of pregnancy right up to the birth of your baby. The postures we practice are carefully chosen to ease common pregnancy complaints whilst helping to the strengthen both body and mind in preparation for birth. 


Weekly themed discussions will allow you to get to know the other mums-to-be and build friendships while breathing techniques especially designed for labour and birth, yoga, and, of course, blissful relaxation will help to relax your body and calm your mind.


These classes are warm, welcoming and fun. Everybody is welcome here and my aim is for you to leave every session feeling calmer and a just a little bit more confident than before you arrived.


Our Kings Langley classes take place every Thursday from 6:45 - 8:00PM.

Rise Rooted Community

Our community extends beyond the mat and is there to support you through this journey. Private class group chats allow you to stay in touch between classes and there are regular social gatherings throughout the year.
