Yoga Nidra, or 'yogic sleep' as it is often referred to, is a state of conscious deep sleep. It offers a space to explore what you need in the moment, as well as an opportunity to work on releasing long-held emotions.


It is said that 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is the equivalent of between 2-4 hours sleep but there are lots of  other benefits too. Here are just a few of them:

 

  •  It is accessible for all and cannot be done 'incorrectly'
  •  It allows the physical and mental bodies to rest completely
  •  Practitioners enjoy better sleep and reduced insomnia
  •  It eases stress and anxiety 
  •  It helps to balance hormones and reduce PMS

  • It cultivates soma - the divine nectar of rejuvenation

You don't even need to leave the house. Our Yoga Nidra classes take place online so you can join from anywhere in the world.

Exchange for this session is on a sliding scale. The recommended payment is £10 but you can choose to pay £5 or £15 according to what is affordable to you.
